Baïonnette allemande K98k S84/98 III – Carl Eickhorn, 1944

Authentique baïonnette allemande modèle S84/98 III utilisée avec le fusil Mauser Karabiner 98k durant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Cet exemplaire a été fabriqué en 1944 par Carl Eickhorn de Solingen, identifié par le code fabricant "cof" frappé sur la lame.

La baïonnette conserve ses plaquettes de bois d'origine, son mécanisme de verrouillage fonctionnel ainsi qu'un fourreau métallique portant le même numéro visible que la lame. Elle est accompagnée de son porte-fourreau en cuir noir allemand d'époque.

La lame présente une très belle conservation avec marquages bien lisibles et finition encore attrayante. L'ensemble demeure représentatif de l'équipement individuel du soldat allemand durant les dernières années du conflit.

Belle pièce réglementaire provenant d'un des fabricants les plus reconnus de Solingen.

German K98k S84/98 III Bayonet – Carl Eickhorn 1944

Original German S84/98 III bayonet issued for the Mauser Karabiner 98k rifle during World War II. This example was manufactured in 1944 by Carl Eickhorn of Solingen, identified by the maker code "cof" stamped on the blade.

The bayonet retains its original wooden grips, working locking mechanism, and metal scabbard bearing the same visible serial number as the blade. It is accompanied by its original black leather frog.

The blade remains in very good condition with clear markings and attractive finish. Overall, it represents a classic example of late-war German field equipment.

An excellent collectible from one of Solingen's most respected wartime manufacturers.
