Insigne métallique allemand représentant l’aigle de la Wehrmacht aux ailes déployées au-dessus de l’emblème réglementaire. Ce type d’insigne était porté sur diverses coiffures et pièces d’uniforme de l’armée allemande durant la Seconde Guerre mondiale.

Original German military eagle insignia from the Second World War, depicting the Wehrmacht eagle with outstretched wings above the regulation emblem. This style of insignia was worn on various pieces of German military headgear and uniforms during the conflict.

Constructed in cast metal, the piece retains good detail throughout the feathers and eagle design. The reverse still retains its attachment hardware, making it suitable for display or collection.
