Insigne allemand de dragueur de mines – Kriegsmarine

Authentique insigne allemand de dragueur de mines, chasseur de sous-marins et escorteur (Kriegsabzeichen für Minensuch-, U-Boot-Jagd- und Sicherungsverbände) de la Seconde Guerre mondiale.

Instituée en 1940, cette décoration était décernée aux membres des unités de la Kriegsmarine affectées aux opérations de dragage de mines, à la lutte anti-sous-marine et aux missions d'escorte maritime. L'insigne présente une explosion marine stylisée émergeant de l'eau, entourée d'une couronne de feuilles de chêne et surmontée de l'aigle national allemand.

Fabriqué en métal, cet exemplaire conserve une belle patine d'époque ainsi qu'un relief bien défini. Le revers est marqué "RK", correspondant à un fabricant identifié de la période de guerre.

WWII German Minesweeper War Badge

Original German Minesweeper, Sub-Chaser and Escort War Badge (Kriegsabzeichen für Minensuch-, U-Boot-Jagd- und Sicherungsverbände) from the Second World War.

Instituted in 1940, this award was presented to Kriegsmarine personnel serving in minesweeping, anti-submarine warfare, and naval escort units. The badge features a stylized sea mine explosion rising from the water, surrounded by an oak leaf wreath and topped by the German national eagle.

Manufactured in metal, this example retains attractive age-related patina and well-preserved details. The reverse bears the maker mark "RK", indicating wartime production.
